Since big sur, and now Monterey, MagicPrefs app kinda works and does the job when it comes to scrolling area of the mouse, but what is so frustrating is that when magic prefs are enabled, inertia scroll on the OS disappears, it gets disabled. Since i am a designer, it was really frustrating having my cursor making tiny glitchy movements on screen, because my fingers were resting on the left and right button of the mouse.
